We recorded special shortened versions of some of our longer relaxation and visualization recordings. If you are not Sound Guaranteesure which sound will work for you then simply try the shorter version first. You can mix and match any of the below sounds to make a customized dream sleep CD / MP3 . They are each 12 minutes long and are all CD quality recordings. They are each about 17 megabytes in size.
