I remember listening to some old radio shows that I had downloaded many years ago. You know... the spooky ones. It might sound counter-intuitive but it worked for me. I tried to keep the 'frights' as subtle as possible. Lots of wind, rain and thunder sounds. Can you sleep to it? You tell me. Most of the 'haunts' end by minute 20 and a long thunderstorm continues the paranormal moodiness. Good for background sounds/mood at Halloween!
