Virtualdreamer.com evolved from some early guided imagery recordings that concentrated on what the listener sees as opposed to more conventional narrative that focuses on what the listener feels. Of all the recordings we have ever made only five come with a narration option. Our vocal imagery promotes visualization. By visualizing we are activating the same area of our brain as when we dream. Using nature sounds and audio effects we strive to put the listener in a particular peaceful setting, allowing the mind to wander and sleep to come. Imagining yourself in a calm, peaceful setting can help you relax and aid in relieving stress, anxiety or chronic pain. Visualizing yourself in any situation that made you happy, even situations that might be adventurous, can lead to a good night's sleep. Our recordings 'super-charge' the concept of visualization with guided imagery and can lead you to some of the best dreams of your life. |
