virtual dreamer

nextI have written extensively over the years about the process of falling asleep and have sorted my journal into four areas of interest.

Nature Sounds are the Gift that Keeps On Giving

As a giver of unique and thoughtful gifts ( and who isn't?smiley ) one might consider gifting someone who has relaxation and/or sleep issues one of our dreamscapes. If there is a secret to giving the correct sound it is knowing who you are giving them to. A golfer might like Twilight Golf while someone who loves to sail might enjoy Storm at Sea... and so on. If you know of someone who has an adventurous spirit we just completed Sahara Sand Storm... a virtual journey to a small village on the outskirts of the great desert. If your giftee has Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) peruse our Tinnitus page.

To give someone an instant download simply email them a link to the download site once a purchase is made. Or, if you wish, you can burn an audio CD for them (burn one for yourself while you are at it!) . In any case, the dreamscape might turn into the best present they will receive this year if, for no other reason, only to remind them that someone really does care about their particular insomnia issue. I am one of the worst insomniacs I have ever heard of and they work for me. It's all about using soothing nature recordings in conjunction with sounds that can be visualized.  Unlike sleeping pills, our unique audio recordings become more potent with each listen. Why? Simply because the visualizations become easier to anticipate.

Anyway, its just a thought. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and, as always, I will keep my ears open for suggestions on new audio dreamscapes. Email me your ideas!

Merry Christmas!
